Our Holy Yoga Class is open to all. It offers a safe space to grow in your walk and experience relationship with God on your mat. Through meditating on scripture, practicing stillness, and praising with the whole body, this practice is a holistic approach to mind, body, and soul care. This class is accessible for all body types and ability levels. Variations are continually offered and you can feel empowered to own your personal yoga practice with confidence.
