Yoga Workshop and Flow with Rooted Wellness
Description: This class is designed to empower both yoga newbies and more experienced yogis of ALL body shapes and strength levels to deepen their knowledge and understanding of various yoga poses. In each class we will focus on specific kinds of asana (physical yoga poses) in the first half, addressing proper alignment, variations to play with, physical/mental/emotional benefits, etc. This is a safe space to ask questions, share struggles, and learn how the poses feel in YOUR body. In the second half, we take the poses we have been working with, and flow through them together so you can feel more confident practicing them in class, and at home on your own. We want to help you learn to customize your yoga practice to fit your body, not the other way around! It’s your personal practice, so we help you make it work for you.
